2 NAMED FINALISTS
Two Emanuel County students were named semi-finalists in the 1972 Governor’s Honors Program for Georgia. They were Joseph Drisdom Jr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Drisdom, and Miss Marjorie Mayfield, daughter of Rev. and Mrs. Judson Mayfield. Miss Mayfield was named semi-finalist in French, while Mr. Drisdom was selected in drama.
