AMERICAN LEGION ELECTS NEW OFFICERS
A swearing-in ceremony was held for the new officers of the Sons of American Legion Post 103. New officers were Henry Thompson, Commander, Randy Ellison, Vice Commander, Richard Claxton, Vice Commander, Al Lawson, Adjutant-Finance, Wayne Davis, Chaplain, Daniel Massa, Judge Advocate, and James Price, Sgt. at Arms.
SONS OF AMERICAN LEGION MAKE DONATION TO VETERANS HOSPITAL
A donation drive was conducted by members of Sons of American “Legion Post 103 in Swainsboro. Items collected for the residents of the Carl Vincent VA Hospital in Dublin included personal care items and clothing. Members pictured are Commander Henry Thompson, Vice Commander Randy Ellison, Vice Commander Richard Claxton, Adjutant Al Lawson, Chaplain Wayne Davis, and new member Donald Hall.
