Miss Martha Smith, senior at Adrian High School, was named Exchange Club ‘Youth of the Year’.
GOAL WINNER
Dorothy Woody, practical nursing student at Swainsboro Tech, accepted her awards as Georgia Occupational Award for Leadership (GOAL) winner for the area. Making the presentation was Chris Tiller, chairman of the Chamber of Commerce GOAL selection committee.
