LT. NEWMAN AWARDED MBA
Lt. Matthew R. Newman graduated March 25 from the Naval Postgraduate School, earning his Executive Master of Business Administration. The Naval Postgraduate School, located in Monterey, CA, is an academic institution whose emphasis is on study and research programs relevant to the Navy’s interests, as well as to the interests of other arms of the Dept. of Defense. Lt. Newman was an Aircraft Commander and Instructor Pilot of the P-3C Orion.
SHRINERS DONATED TO FOOD PANTRY
In appreciation for what the community does for the Shriners, the Swainsboro Shrine Club Ladies Auxiliary wanted to help the community in return. They doated a check for $500 to the Emanuel County Food Pantry, as well as volunteered their services to help out.
