On May 22, a "Congrats Grads" meet-and-greet was held at SHS to celebrate our local graduates. Each year, seniors participate in graduation practice to prepare them for their commencement ceremonies. This year after practice, Nordson Corporation provided Chick-fil-A boxed lunches and Atlantic South Bank provided congratulatory cakes for the graduating seniors, giving them an opportunity to have one last gathering as classmates. Also present to support the graduating class was James L. Buckley and Associates representative Will Martin and Emanuel County Sheriff's Department Chief Deputy Nick Robertson to speak with students about their futures and the opportunities to be had in Emanuel County.
