The Swainsboro Christmas Parade, sponsored by the Downtown Development Authority, will kick off December 7. Festivities will begin at 4 p.m. on the Boneyard with performances by Allstar Dance Academy and Dellwood Praise & Worship Band. The parade starts at 5:30 p.m. Following the parade, visit Santa on the Square for a photo shoot. Don’t miss the live nativity scene, also located on the Square. Travel over to Green Street and let the kids enjoy free train rides. Food trucks will be on hand, along with arts and crafts.
