We know that there are a lot of things happening in the world and in our lives. Most people are seeking answers, and some think they already have the answer to situations in their lives. Today, God wants to help you with things in your life. He just wants you to believe and speak his word over your life.
In Genesis 1:3, And God said, "Let there be light and there was light." He spoke the word and it manifested itself. The word did what he asked it to do. The earth was dark, void, empty, and without shape. But God began to speak the word by saying, " Let there be", and it was so. Some of our lives today are also dark, empty, void and out of shape. He wants you to speak life to your situations.
Now I know that you are saying that is God, and your words cannot do anything. Well, if you believe God's word you can speak the same. It happens when you give God back his word. God is not like man that he should lie. If he said it, he will perform it.
In Proverbs 18:20-21 God gives you the power to speak over your life. It says, "A man's belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Death and life are in the power of the tongue; and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof."
When you believe God and speak his word, he honors it. Jesus says in Mark 11:24, "Therefore I say unto you, what things soever you desire when you pray, believe that you receive them, and ye shall have them." So, take God at his word. Believe, believe, believe, receive, receive, receive. Speak over your life. Speak the word of God. Believe and it shall come to pass. Speak positive affirmations over your loved ones and your enemies.
Now you can take God's word and prophesy over yourself. There are so many positive affirmations in God's word which you can speak over yourself. For instance, I am the head and not the tail. I am a lender and not the borrower. I am the apple of God's eye. I shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. God has given his angels charge over me. I am who God says I am. I am not defined by the past. I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind. When you get God's word, speak those things which be not as though they were. Remember God said "Let it be" and it came to pass.
