The owner of 97 Dye Road, Swainsboro, Georgia is Kenneth Cox, so far as the same is known. The owner Parcel 097 037 (Emanual County, Georgia) is Bobby Claxton, so far as the same is known. The easement to be condemned is shown as “Woods Road” on a Survey recorded at Plat Book 20, Page 84B in the Emanuel County, Georgia property records. The property to be condemned for the easement may involve real property in which you may claim an interest.
A hearing to show cause why the easement for private way should not be condemned will be set by the Court following the publication herein.
