NOTICE OF LOCATION AND DESIGN APPROVAL

Notice is hereby given in compliance with Georgia Code 22-2-109 and 32-3-5 that the Georgia Department of Transportation has approved the Location and Design of this project.
The date of location and design approval is: __January 21, 2021
The project proposes to replace the bridge on US 80/SR 26 over Ohoopee River in Johnson and Emanuel Counties, located 1.1 miles east of Adrian and within GMD 1746 in Johnson County and 1748 in Emanuel County.
The proposed bridge will be approximately 660-ft long by 43.25-ft wide over the Ohoopee River and will be constructed approximately 40-foot offset to the west of the existing roadway centerline. The improvements on the bridge include two 12-foot lanes with 8-foot shoulders on both sides. The roadway typical section on both approaches to the bridge consists of two 12-foot lanes (one in each direction) with 10-foot overall shoulders (4 feet paved, and 6 feet grassed).
The total length of the project is approximately 0.625 miles beginning 1075 feet south of the existing bridge abutment and ending 1560 feet north of the existing bridge abutment.

NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE GEORGIA, EMANUEL COUNTY
WHEREAS, heretofore on August 15th, 2014, TAMMY LEE MARSH did execute and deliver to THE CITIZENS BANK OF SWAINSBORO of the State of Georgia, a Deed to Secure Debt conveying the land described in Schedule “A” below; and,
WHEREAS, said Deed to Secure Debt was executed to secure a Note of even date therewith in the original amount of TWELVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR AND NO/100 ($12,164.00) DOLLARS, together with all other indebtedness of the Borrower to the Lender then due or that might thereafter become due, or thereafter contracted, including any renewals or modifications thereof which was or would be evidenced by the Note or Notes from TAMMY LEE MARSH, all of which is shown by said Deed to Secure Debt recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel County Superior Court, in Deed Book 404, Pages 433-436 and,
WHEREAS, said Note and Deed to Secure Debt as described therein, which were due and payable in monthly installments are past due and TAMMY LEE MARSH has been notified that the mortgage is in default and that the lender(s) therein has elected to accelerate payment of said Note(s); and,
WHEREAS, notice has been given to TAMMY LEE MARSH, as required by O.C.G.A. 44-14-162 through 44-14-163.4 (MICHIE 1982).
NOW THEREFORE, according to the terms of said Deed to Secure Debt and the laws in such cases made and provided, the undersigned will expose for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed to Secure Debt from after proper advertisement, on the first Tuesday in March, 2021, to-wit: March 2, 2021 between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door Swainsboro, Georgia. Said sale will be subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes, and the purchaser will be responsible for any Georgia Real Estate Transfer Tax. Proceeds from said sale will be used first, to pay the cost and expense of said sale; second, to pay the balance on the indebtedness mentioned above due by TAMMY LEE MARSH, and third, to pay the surplus, if any, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto.

All that tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the 49th G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, containing 0.8 of n acre, fronting a distance of 108.3 feet on the Southwestern side of Drew Bennett Road (County Road #21) as shown on a plat of Survey dated August 15, 1983, made by Walter K. Maupin, Surveyor, which is recorded in the Office of Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County in Plat Book 11 Page 329 to which reference is made as a part of this description. Said property is bounded now or formerly as follows: Northwest by lands of Ray Wilcher; Northeast by Drew Bennett Road (County Road #21); Southeast by lands of Ray Wilcher; and Southwest by lands of Ray Wilcher.

TO: Any unknown biological, legal, putative father of the above-named children born to Kandice Louise Mitchell at East Georgia Regional Medical Center.
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action has been brought by the EMANUEL County Department of Family and Children Services, and the Georgia Department of Human Services, seeking to terminate your parental rights with regard to the above referenced child; that said action has been filed in the Juvenile Court of Emanuel County, Georgia; and that by reason of an Order for Service of Summons by Publication dated _December 29, 2020, you are hereby notified that you may obtain a copy of the petition from the Clerk of the Juvenile Court of Jefferson County, Georgia and may file with the Clerk of said Court and serve upon Marnique Oliver, Petitioner's Attorney, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 308, 115 S. Racetrack Street, Swainsboro, Georgia, 30401, an answer to the petition at any time prior to the Final Hearing.

(d) Notice of the filing of the petition to legitimate with the Emanuel County Juvenile
Court.
The Findings of Fact and Order of Disposition made at the Provisional Hearing will become final at the Final Hearing unless the party served by publication appears at the Final Hearing. If the party served by publication fails to appear at the Final Hearing on the petition, the Findings of Fact and Interlocutory Orders made will become final without further evidence and will be governed by the Juvenile Court Code as if made at the Final Hearing. If the party served by publication appears at the Final Hearing, the Interlocutory findings and Orders shall be vacated and disregarded, and the hearing shall proceed upon the allegations of the motion.
