The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

All that tract or parcel of land, together with any improvements, lying, situate and being in the 57th G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia containing one (1) acre, more or less, and being the middle lot of three lots shown on a plat of survey made by Aubrey E. Scott, Jr., Surveyor, dated August 22, 1980, recorded in the office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court in Plat Book 9, Page 2 82, to which reference is made as a part of this description. Said one acre lot of land is bounded on the north by lands of Rev. E.D. and Mozelle A. Curry; East by a one-acre lot of land, formerly lands of Jerry White and Marjorie White, which is the property of Carlie Lee Riggins and Isabelle Riggins; South by the right-of-way of county-maintained Road Number 74; and West by a one-acre lot shown on the afore-referenced plat of survey, being the land of Jerry White and Marjorie White.

The above-described property is the same as that conveyed from Jerry White and Marjorie White to Anna Jane Turner and Renee Turner by a Joint Survivorship Warranty Deed dated April 10, 1995, recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book 72, Page 401.

Also being the same property conveyed to Charles William Brannen and Patricia Denise Brannen under a Tax Sale Deed dated the 2nd day of November, 2021 which deed is recorded in Deed Book 528, Page 292-293, aforesaid Clerk’s Records.

As described in Deed Book 176, Page 191.

Said property is currently described as Emanuel County Tax No. 108, Parcel 074.

Subject to: Existing easements for rights of way, public utilities and any other outstanding liens which may attach to said property.

After Advertisement, said property was sold at public outcry on November 2nd, 2021 to satisfy tax fi fas for the years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, & 2020 and for penalty and interest in favor of the County of Emanuel, State of Georgia against Rafael Reynard Turner, Anna Jane Turner, Reed Turner and any of their heirs at law or whom it may concern, and will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 2nd day of January, 2023.

The Tax Sale Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of March 2021 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Burke County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1184, Pages 225-226.
