All that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd GMD of Emanuel County, Georgia, containing 4.43 acres, more or less, and being more particularly described by plat of survey prepared by Walter K. After Advertisement, said property was sold at public outcry on December 1st, 2020 to
satisfy a tax fi fa for the years 2018 and 2019 and for penalty and interest in favor of the City of Swainsboro, State of Georgia against Vista Real Estate Company and will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 3rd day of January, 2022.
