The above-described property is the same as that conveyed from Jerry White and Marjorie White to Anna Jane Turner and Renee Turner by a Joint Survivorship Warranty Deed dated April 10, 1995, recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book 72, Page 401.
Also being the same property conveyed to Charles William Brannen and Patricia Denise Brannen under a Tax Sale Deed dated the 2nd day of November, 2021 which deed is recorded in Deed Book 528, Page 292-293, aforesaid Clerk’s Records.
As described in Deed Book 176, Page 191.
Said property is currently described as Emanuel County Tax No. 108, Parcel 074.
Subject to: Existing easements for rights of way, public utilities and any other outstanding liens which may attach to said property.
After Advertisement, said property was sold at public outcry on November 2nd, 2021 to satisfy tax fi fas for the years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, & 2020 and for penalty and interest in favor of the County of Emanuel, State of Georgia against Rafael Reynard Turner, Anna Jane Turner, Reed Turner and any of their heirs at law or whom it may concern, and will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 2nd day of January, 2023.
