The David Emanuel Middle School soccer team has had two recent matches end in exciting finishes leading to two ties. On Friday, March 15, the Lady Eagles hosted Vidalia Heritage in a rain-soaked affair. The match ended in a 2-2 tie with the final goal being scored with seconds remaining. Emily McRae and Lyla Martin each scored for David Emanuel.
On Thursday, March 21, the Lady Eagles hosted the Robert Toombs Lady Crusaders and again, the match came down to the wire as the Eagles and Crusaders ended in a 1-1 tie. Lyla Martin scored the lone goal for the Lady Eagles.
