The Lady Eagles saw their season come to an end Friday, February 20, falling to the Citizens Christian Academy Lady Patriots 52-36 in Macon. Despite the loss, the Lady Eagles capped off an impressive season with a 15-12 record and a Quarterfinal appearance in the state tournament.
Aubrey Williams led the way offensively with 13 points and 5 rebounds. Kaley Flowers added 11 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 blocks. Emily McRae contributed 5 points and 3 steals, while Addalyn Terwilliger finished with 4 points and 3 assists. Bailey McNure added 3 points and pulled down 6 rebounds.
The Lady Eagles will graduate two seniors from this year’s squad in Addalyn Terwilliger and Aubrey Williams. Their leadership and contributions will certainly be missed as the program looks ahead to next season.
