During the presidency of Tammy Allen, the Kiwanis of Swainsboro made a donation to David Emanuel Academy to use for a project or activity that would directly affect the learning of its children. Head of Schools Haylee Free selected to use the donation to purchase a tablet to enhance the technology department of this school, especially for its kindergarten program. The Kiwanis Club makes donations annually to all the schools in our county in an effort to improve our community one child at the time.
