King publishes first book

Tashanda Stokes-King is a native of Swainsboro and currently resides in Waynesboro. She is an employee of Waynesboro Primary School and a faithful member at Cornerstone Christian Center with Pastor Ernestine Patterson. Tashanda has had a passion of working with children for over twenty years, where she was the former director/owner of two daycares in Emanuel County and this inspired her to subsequently begin writing children’s books. She aims to enchant and inspire readers to feel confident, strong and special about who they are. Tashanda enjoys spending time with her two children BJ and Lyriq King and granddaughters, Melani and Harmony. “Anyla’s School Day” is her first book, which is on Amazon for purchase in paperback and E-book.
