God has given us another day. He has given us another opportunity. So, with that just always know that where there is life, there is hope. You have everything you need to make it through your situation. Just Keep on Looking Up.
David in Psalms 121 said, “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help comes from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keeps thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore. “
So, when you pray to God you are looking up to someone greater than yourself. David was encountered with many situations. God was his only help. He killed a lion and a bear with his bare hands. He was confronted with a nine-foot giant which he killed with a sling shot and a rock. He had to flee for his life because King Saul was trying to kill him. He had a man killed and took his wife. In all the things David encountered, he realized that he needed the Lord. He needed him for direction, for protection, for strength and forgiveness.
So, whatever you need in your life right now, don't give up. Just keep on Looking Up. The hymn writer said, “What a friend we have in Jesus all our sins and grief to bear. What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer. Keep on Looking Up.
