John Edward Freeman, age 53, of Midville, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023. Memorial service was held Tuesday, April 25, at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home with Reverend John Durden officiating.
John was born in Eatonton, son of Patricia Irene Burke and the late Fred Koone. He was a commercial truck driver. Mr. Freeman is preceded in death by his father; and son, Howard Freeman.
Mr. Freeman is survived by his mother; wife, Julie Ann Ryals Freeman; son, John Freeman, Jr.; daughters, Lisa Freeman, Donna Johnson, and Haleigh Freeman; brother, James Freeman; sisters, Sandra "Susie" Ivey, Sandra Whitten, and Patricia Medlin; father-in-law, Howard "Boots" Ryals; and best friend, Scotty Prickett.
Arrangements were by Tomlinson Funeral Home and Crematory of Swainsboro.
