Jemison Metals expands portfolio with acquisition of Advanced Metal Components, Inc.

Jemison Metals, a leading provider in the metal manufacturing industry, announces a definitive agreement to acquire Advanced Metal Components, Inc. This strategic acquisition marks another milestone in Jemison Metals’ commitment to growth and diversification within the metal sector. The transaction is scheduled to be completed on or before March 29, 2024.
