The Emanuel County Historic Society will host its first meeting of the year on Thursday, January 22, at 7 p.m. at the Varner 4-H Building.
The program will be Yuchi, Yuchee, Uchean Indians, native to our county in 1790-1830s. If you are interested in Native Americans, this will be most informative.
Potluck supper will be served - we’ll furnish drinks. No admission is ever charged, and it is not necessary that you be a member to attend.
