The October 2025 term of the Emanuel County grand jury convened Thursday, October 30, 2025, with the Honorable Judge Tommy J. Smith presiding. The grand jury elected Adam Wood to serve as foreperson, Jessica Mason as assistant foreperson, Tiffany Foster as clerk and Patrick Sweet as bailiff.
