Grand jury returns 11 true bills, 0 no bill

The October 2025 Term of the Emanuel County grand jury reconvened on Thursday, December 4, 2025. Adam Wood served as Foreperson, Jessica Mason served as assistant foreperson, Tiffany Foster served as clerk and Patrick Sweet served as Bailiff.

The grand jury considered 11 bills of indictment, submitted to it by the office of the District Attorney, returning 11 true bills and 0 no bills.
