The guest pastor for the conference will be none other than Apostle Dr. Debra A. Allen, founder and senior pastor of New Hope World Outreach, Inc., Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Apostle Allen is the CEO of New Hope World Outreach, Inc., Debra Allen Ministries, Inc., and Destiny Christian University, Inc. (DCU). As an apostle and church planter, she plant-ed her first church in Georgia in 2010. That church is New Hope World Outreach in Swains-boro where Jeanette H. Harden presides as pastor. Also in 2010, Dr. Allen planted her second church in Georgia which is New Hope World Outreach Inc. South Atlanta. Dr. Allen also provides oversight to the Sanctuary of South Florida. Apostle Allen was also instrumental in establishing the University of Fort Lauderdale. She is the CEO of Destiny University where she provides study for those who seek education about ministry. Her passion also is grant writing and she has used this gift to launch many programs.
