On Tuesday, February 13, Matt Donaldson had Recreation and Parks Director for Twin City, Brent Freeman, speak to the Exchange Club. He gave an update and summary of the programs and projects that the Recreation Department are providing in Twin City. A donation of $500 from the Club was presented to Director Freeman.
