Spring into fun at the library! Spring is in full swing, and so is the fun at the library! Join us Thursday, March 26, at 5 p.m. for a Children’s Craft, ages 4–10, where creativity blooms and imaginations run wild. On Friday, little ones can wiggle in for Toddler Time at 10:30 a.m. for stories, smiles, and snacks. Kick off Monday, March 30, with our Veterans Breakfast at 9 a.m., then stick around for Genealogy Club at 3 p.m., hosted by Regional Genealogy and Local History Coordinator Kaitlyn Capper. Come dig into your roots; you might uncover more than just family stories! We’ll end the month with our Ceramic Rabbit Painting Workshop on Tuesday, March 31, at 6 p.m. Spots are hopping away fast, so if you can’t attend, please let us know as we’d love to offer your seat to another guest. Looking ahead, the library will close early at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, for a staff meeting and will be closed Saturday, April 4, for Easter. We’ll reopen Monday, April 6, at 8 a.m. Don’t miss our Spring Book Sale, April 7–10 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For just $5, grab a bag and fill it to the brim with books, movies, and maybe even a hidden treasure or two. We won’t judge how full you pack it! For more information or to sign up for events, call (478) 237-7791 or visit 331 West Main Street in Swainsboro.
