Franklin Memorial Library would like to inform patrons of upcoming schedule changes and important service information as the library prepares for the remainder of October and the month of November. Please note that Franklin Memorial Library will be closed for the entire day on Thursday, October 29, as staff attend a Regional Library Meeting. The library will also close at 4 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, for a scheduled staff meeting. Patrons are encouraged to plan their visits accordingly.
Franklin Memorial Library is happy to offer free notary services to the community. To help ensure a smooth and timely process, every individual required to sign the document must be present with the notary, and all documents must remain unsigned until the signer is in the presence of the notary. If these requirements are not met, services may be delayed or unable to be completed. We appreciate your cooperation and encourage patrons to plan accordingly.
