Just this month, Fox Theater Institute announced the issuance of a second grant for improvements made to the Karrh Community Arts Center, also known as the Dixie Theatre. In FYI 2017-2018, this organization aided in grant funding by assisting with financial improvements made with the historic stucco and plaster repair of the building. This current grant will help construct a new marquee on the facade entrance and is one of the last steps before its re-opening.
