Fifth-grade students at TCE learn about the legal system

Posted

Fifth-grade students at Twin City Elementary School have recently been learning about the judicial system and how the legal system functions. Classes held mock trials where they learned the roles of each person in the courtroom. On Friday, August 18, they were visited by Ms. Jessica Wilson, the Assistant District Attorney for the Middle Judicial Circuit of Georgia. It was a great experience for TCE students to hear how to become an attorney and meet someone who once walked the halls of ECI and later became an attorney!
