Swainsboro Exchange Club held a rededication of the Freedom Shrine at Swainsboro Technical College on September 15, 2026. Those attending were Sonya Wilson, Dean of Industrial Technologies, Exchange President Billy Cooler, President Elect Jay Youngblood, and Mike Lisenby who presented the program.
