Quality measures are tools that help measure or quantify healthcare processes, outcomes, patient perceptions, and organizational structure and/or systems that are associated with the ability to provide high-quality healthcare and/or that relate to one or more quality goals for health care. These goals include effective, safe, efficient, patient-centered, equitable, and timely care.

“This is the third 5-star rating Emanuel Medical Center has received in the last 4 years. This is a real testimony to the commitment of our employees past and present. Our community should be so thankful to have high-quality healthcare right here at home.” Says Damien Scott, Emanuel Medical Center CEO.
