August 3

Deputy and Investigator approached two subjects digging in the dumpsters.

Complainant stated offender who is her son live beside her and keeps playing loud music all day and night and this has been an ongoing problem. C/p stated she put up a six-foot privacy fence and offender is propping items up on her fence. She also stated she smells marijuana coming from the property and offender drinks during the day and sometimes goes to Twinn City to pick his children up from school.

August 4

Complainant made a report about fraudulent activity on his student loan account. C/p stated he previously received funds while attending EGSC but had not been registered since 2019 and just found out that loans had been taken out in his name through a college in Maryland totaling $4.339.11.

August 5

Complainant stated she hit a deep hole on Canoochee Rd., and it busted her tire and she had to get a new tire totaling $183.62.

August 6

Complainant stated she received a letter from the IRS stating her SS# was used by a construction company showing she earned $136,000 in 2023 and $151,000 in 2024.

Complainant stated he used to live with offender, and she is holding his mail and will not give it to him.

Deputy observed an unoccupied vehicle parked on the shoulder of US 1 S near Old Kenfield Rd. that had been there three to four days. Vehicle was removed due to being there more than 24 hours.

Victim stated she recently purchased a residence on Alton Lawson Rd. and began moving items into the residence while work was being done. She stated while the painters were there, she realized she left her phone and returned to get it and observed one painter going through some of her personal items. She stated her told her he moved the box and the lid came off but she left the boxes in the middle of the room out of the way. Victim stated she left and found items missing from the residence upon her return. Victim stated she made contact with the owner of the paint company who advised offender no longer worked for him and that he had been caught on a previous job site stealing from the customer. Victim stated she is most concerned with getting the Army pins, ribbon and badge back that belongs to her daughter who served in the military.

August 7

Victim stated a stray dog bit him while working at a residence on Thomas Rd. Deputy contacted AC1 and they retrieved the dog and victim went to the ER.

August 8

Victims were on their way to work when the vehicle started smoking so they got out and the car burst into flames. Victims were not injured.

Deputy responded to EMC ER and spoke with victim who stated his fiancé and her mother jumped on him.

August 9

Victim stated he was riding an ATV with offender when offender lost control and flipped it. Victim hit something causing his right ear to get ripped into.
