June 23

Complainant stated RMI never stated they would pay for any damage to offender’s vehicle because there was no way to prove that debris came from one of their trucks. C/p also advised offenders entered property on Pendleton Springs Rd. with permission.

Deputy responded to Green Grove Church Rd. in reference to a domestic dispute. Complainant stated she and offender got into an argument because she wanted to punish offender’ child, which is c/p’s grandchild, for urinating on the floor. C/p stated that offender and the child’s mother do not want to discipline the child when she does something wrong and offender cussed her as he was leaving.

Deputy responded to Glenwood Rd. in reference to a domestic dispute. Complainant stated her ex-boyfriend/offender, went to the residence and took two window units that they purchased together. C/p was advised this is a civil matter and would have to be settled through Magistrate Court.

June 24

Deputies executed an arrest warrant at Latitude 105. Offender had multiple felony warrants with the GBI and was transported to EmCo Jail.

Deputies were dispatched to US 1 N in reference to an abandoned vehicle that had been parked in the turning lane for 2-3 days. Deputy called for the next list wrecker to remove the vehicle.

Deputy met with victim on N College St. in reference to a stolen vehicle. Victim stated the vehicle was taken by her son without consent. Victim was adamant she wanted to press charges.

June 25

Deputy was dispatched to JM Spearman Rd. in reference to suicidal thoughts. Complainant stated his wife had been stating she want to kill herself. C/p also advised that his wife has a severe drinking problem. Victim stated she did not want to kill herself but was transported to EMC ER for a MH evaluation.

June 26

Complainant stated the bitcoin mine was making excessive noise.

June 27

Victim stated she and offender got into a verbal argument about offender cleaning her room and not taking care of her husband’s dog who is deployed overseas. During the argument, offender hit victim in the left eye and pushed her down. Witness who is the victim’s boyfriend and offender’s father-in-law, stated offender did strike and push victim down and he had to break up the altercation.

A search warrant was executed on a vehicle outside the gate of the EmCo Maintenance building. Marijuana was located and the tag was registered to a different vehicle. The vehicle was unregistered. Offender was issued citations and he refused to sign them.

Deputy was dispatched to I16 in reference to vehicle damage. Complainant stated an unknown vehicle struck a blown tire causing it to kick back on to her vehicle.

Complainant was driving his UTV in his yard on Old Kenfield Rd. when it flipped and threw him out and landed on his leg. C/p was also bleeding from his head. Bystanders lifted the SXS off of him before deputies or EMS arrived. EMS bandaged c/p’s head and leg and c/p was transported to EMC by personal vehicle.
