June 19

Deputy met with complainant and victim on Sunset Dr. in reference to a damaged vehicle. Damage consists of key marks on both driver side doors and paint ball residue to the front. Both suspects were identified by c/p and victim. Deputy was further advised that the male suspect did have permission to be on the property for the purposes of removing wheels from the vehicle. Victim further stated that someone had also gone through the contents of the vehicle. On the following day, deputy responded to a second call in reference to a second matter concerning all parties. Deputy was advised by victim via phone call that the male subject had permission to retrieve some personal items from the property and that upon collecting, both suspects were not allowed back on the property and both suspects were issued a CTW.

Motorist was assisted at El Valle with a locked vehicle.

Deputy responded to Wes Lawson Rd. in reference to damage to property. Complainant advised she noticed where a vehicle had run off the road and struck her wire fence. C/p advised a neighbor noticed the skid marks the day prior. Upon further investigation, deputy discovered that a tan vehicle ran off the road and crashed into c/p’s fence, finding a front grill and bottom portion of the vehicle on scene.

Deputy tool a report regarding a tenant taking items from a residence she was renting on S. Racetrack St. Complainant stated he is the landlord and he was doing an inspection after offender moved out and discovered the hot water heater that was purchased in Feb. was replaced with an older hot water heater. C/p advised he noticed it because the one in there now is rusted and installed with PVC and glue, which is not how he installed the new one.

Deputies responded to Harrison Dr. in reference to a domestic dispute. Complainant stated offender allowed her to enter the residence to get her belongings but when she went back to get the rest of her things, offender locked the door and would not let her in. C/p stated that after a verbal argument, offender opened the door and punched her. Both deputies observed swelling above c/p’s eye. Deputies spoke with offender who stated he woke up to banging on his door and by the time he got to the door, c/p had broken the frame and was trying to make entry into the residence. Deputies observed the door frame being cracked where forced entry had occurred. Offender stated he was pushing the door trying to keep c/p out and possibly hit her. Offender stated that after the altercation, he allowed c/p to get her belongings.

Deputy met with complainant at ECSO in reference to c/p stating she is on a vehicle paper of ownership and the vehicle was repossessed and her ex-girlfriend made the payments to get it out of repo and won’t let her have it back. Deputies called suspect to get her side of the story and she gave the same story and stated that according to the finance company, if two payments are missed then the car goes into default. Suspect got witness to agree to refinance the car and not list c/p on the car anymore. Suspect is getting the car refinanced with her name on it since c/p doesn’t meet the criteria to finance the car. C/p doesn’t have a valid driver’s license and didn’t have full coverage insurance on a financed vehicle when it was repossessed.

Deputy took a report about a tag being lost in the mail.

Deputy met with complainant at ECSO where she stated she usually gets her food stamps on the 19th and when she checked her balance, it showed where someone had used all of it in NY.

June 20

Motorist was assisted at Pinetucky Meats with a locked vehicle.

June 21

Deputy was dispatched to Herrington Homestead in reference to an alarm. Deputy met with employees at the Admin Office and advised everything was fine and the alarm had been set off accidentally while opening the office.

Deputies were dispatched to Hwy 192 S. in reference to an oak tree down in the roadway blocking both lanes of traffic. Subjects were trying to get the tree moved and DOT arrived a short time later.

Deputy was dispatched to I16 in reference to a piece of wood in the roadway. A large 4x4 was removed and deputy observed a vehicle that appeared to have hit the debris and had a flat tire. Deputy assisted in changing the tire.

Deputy responded to Hwy 80 at the request of EMS to assist with a drunk subject. Suspect was located beside an ice machine in a drunken state and had fallen and received several cuts to his leg, arms and head. Suspect was transported by EMS to EMC.

Deputy was dispatched to I16 in reference to a reckless driver. 911 advised the truck to be pulling a container and was all over the road.

June 22

Deputies were dispatched to Stagecoach Rd. in reference to a call of suspicious vehicles. Caller advised multiple vehicles had stopped near her residence with occupants of both vehicles getting out and talking.

Deputy was dispatched to Lyn & Bob’s for a vehicle unlock. Vehicle was unlocked with no damages.

Deputy was dispatched to McDonald’s for a vehicle unlock. Vehicle was unlocked with no damages.

Deputy was dispatched to Paula Ln. for a vehicle unlock. Vehicle was unlocked with no damages.

Deputy helped assist a motorist on McLeod Bridge Rd. unlock their vehicle with no damages.

Deputy took multiple reports in regards to vicious dogs attacking cars on S. Bell Rd. Deputy spoke with complainants who advised they have damage to their vehicles. Deputy has spoken with offender previously about his dogs attacking another vehicle and he stated he would take care of it but has not handled it. C/p’s were referred to Magistrate Court to file for reimbursement for the damages.

June 23

Victim stated he and offender have a five-year-old together and there is a court order for his to get the child at certain times. Victim stated he has gone to meet offender at the courthouse parking lot four times to pick their child up and offender has refused to meet him.

Deputy unlocked a vehicle o Prosperity Dr. with no damages.

June 25

Deputies responded to Mille Dr. in reference to an unwanted person. Complainant advised offender left prior to their arrival and stated offender pulled up in front of her residence and began blowing the hose in order to get c/p’s attention. C/p then stated she opened the front door to see what offender wanted and offender tried to talk c/p into fighting her in the street. C/p advised that offender believes she and offender’s ex-boyfriend have been seeing each other. C/p was advised on how to obtain a stalking order.
