June 1
Deputies were dispatched to I16 West in reference to vehicle damage. Complainant stated she was behind a tractor trailer and a tire blew out and struck her vehicle.
Complainant stated offender took $994 off his social security disability card after giving her the info.
Complainant reported that him and offender entered into an agreement that he would buy a log trailer for $4,000 and gave offender $2,000 down and $1,300 in payments. Swainsboro Financial got a Writ of Possession on the trailer and picked it up and c/p had no knowledge of a lien being on the trailer. C/p stated offender told him he would pay him the $3,300 back and has given him plenty of time but he has failed to pay any of it back.
June 2
Deputy took a walk-in report where complainant stated she is in fear that her grandchildren are staying with her stepfather/offender and mother, and she believes the stepfather who was supposedly a sex offender in FL has not registered in GA. C/p is in concern for her grandchildren’s safety.
June 7
Deputies observed a vehicle riding on the reflective strips and cross the yellow and while lines multiple times, at which time he made a traffic stop. Deputy observed an odor of alcohol coming from the driver’s person. Driver gave a PBT sample which indicated positive. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to the Bulldog Store in Twin City in reference to an irate male swinging a bat and throwing things. Victims stated offender arrived at the store and started an argument with a female outside. Offender then went inside and confronted a male subject and swung the bat at him, then struck his vehicle once outside. Offender left the location on a lawn mower, possibly traveling back to his residence on N Railroad Ave.
Deputies were dispatched to Parrish Pond Rd. in reference to a civil dispute regarding a shed that was moved. Complainant stated she is the power of attorney for her family estate and her ex-sister-in-law/offender was awarded the property on Parrish Pond Rd. in her divorce and has now stolen their shed that was on the property. C/p stated offender and her son moved the shed without permission and damaged it in the process. Deputy then spoke with offender who stated this has been an ongoing issue between the family stemming from the divorce and that she has paperwork stating the shed belonged to her and her ex-husband and was marital property that was split and her ex-husband stated he did not want the shed, so she was granted it.
Deputy met with complainant in Oak Park in reference to a domestic dispute between c/p and her boyfriend/offender. C/p stated offender became irate and began cussing at her, and she hid in the woods for safety. C/p stated she observed offender getting on the interstate and had all her belongings, including her wallet.
Deputies responded to Pike Rd. in reference to a vehicle being abandoned in the middle of the road.
