December 8

Offender stated she hit a vehicle while trying to park her vehicle at SHS.

December 9

Complainant observed a tire in the road on Hwy 56 and was unable to avoid hitting it, causing substantial damage to his vehicle.

December 10

Complainant stated she started losing air in her tire and took it to Mavis Tire to have it checked out. C/p advised she had $1,600 in a bank envelope in the center console and after the tire was patched and she left, she realized the envelope was no longer in there. C/p advised them about the incident, and they are supposed to check camera footage and let her know if they see anything.

December 10

Deputy observed vehicle traveling on Hwy 56 at a higher rate of speed and his radar clocked the vehicle at 81 MPH, at which time he initiated a traffic stop. Driver advised he did not have his license on him and provided his name and DOB. A records check revealed offender’s license is suspended and he had an outstanding warrant through EmCo. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.

December 13

Deputy responded to W. 3rd Ave. in Stillmore in reference to a break-in. Complainant stated someone attempted to break in the rear door of her residence. C/p advised she had been having trouble with her neighbor’s and saw a male subject attempting to gain entry into her vehicle, believing it to be her neighbor, and believes it to be him that attempted to gain entry into her residence.

December 14

Complainant stated her next door neighbor’s German Shepard broke into her enclosed porch and tried to get his cat. The dog knocked over several items on the porch while trying to get the cat.
