December 1
Complainant stated someone made entry into his vehicle and removed his license, SS card, debit card, gas cards and two key chains with house keys on them.
Complainant stated she had a TPO on offender and when it was up, offender started back trying to communicate with her through unknown numbers. C/p stated offender also had flowers sent to her job and home and he has been following her in his car. C/p stated this is becoming very scary and she will be taking another TPO out on offender.
December 2
Complainant stated offender stole his medicine and wallet and he wanted her out of his residence.
December 3
Deputies responded to Old Boatright Rd. in reference to a custody dispute. Complainant stated she had the 8-month-old a little over a week, and the child appeared to be sick, so she took it to Statesboro Hospital, and the scan showed the child has six fractured ribs that were in the process of healing. Deputies spoke with the child’s mother and advised her that the child would not be released to her custody due to the child’s conditions.
Complainant stated she struck a deer on Grande Creek Rd.
Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 46 East in reference to a dog complaint. C/p stated offender’s dogs entered her property and attacked her dog resulting in considerable harm but came to an amicable agreement regarding the matter.
December 4
Investigator and Detectives traveled to Mathis St. in Twin City in reference to a 4th amendment waiver search. Deputy made contact with a male subject at the door who stated offender was inside. Deputy had him step outside while he went inside to do a search. During the search, digital scales, a plastic bag with meth residue and a plastic tube with meth residue were found. Both offenders were placed under arrest for possession of drug related objects.
December 5
Deputies were dispatched to Oak Grove Church Rd. in reference to a fight in progress. Both victims stated they were attacked by offender who has a history of violent tendencies. Deputy made contact with offender and advised her that she was going to jail and as he walked closer to place handcuffs on her, she jerked away and swung at his face. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
Deputy met with complainant at EmCo Jail in reference to a dispute concerning the recovery of a personally owned cell phone. C/p stated she and her ex/offender share a Verizon account and he took her phone. C/p stated Verizon needed a report in order for her to reclaim the number from the account.
Complainant stated she is receiving harassing communications and believes they are from a disgruntled partner from a previous relationship. C/p stated she received several calls the day prior and one was threatening.
December 6
Deputies were dispatched to Hwy 23 South in reference to a female walking up the road in the rain and the male was following her with their small children in the car. Witnesses stated they watched the whole incident from the home and stated the female/offender was the primary aggressor and she was hitting her boyfriend and he never hit her. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
December 7
Deputy spoke with complainant in reference to a nuisance animal. C/p stated that for appx. 6 months, she and other neighbors have had issues with an aggressive dog. AC1 was notified.
Deputies were dispatched to Old Savannah Rd. in reference to a domestic. Complainant was crying and visibly shaken up with dirt all over her clothes. C/p advised she and her boyfriend/offender had been arguing and she fell. Deputy asked where offender was and c/p stated he was in the workshop and she would go get him. Deputy followed her inside where it was completely dark and offender was sitting with his back turned, then stood up and asked what they were doing there, and deputy stated he was doing his job and told offender to step outside. Offender became extremely rude and borderline non-compliant, and told deputy that he was unqualified to be an officer and that he was a mall cop along with other comments. Once c/p’s sister arrived, they loaded a few things in the car and c/p told deputy that offender did in fact push her to the ground and the camera may have recorded it.
