The Emanuel County Schools Transportation Department is celebrating an exemplary performance on its annual state school bus inspection. All 58 buses in the district’s fleet passed inspection with 100% compliance, a reflection of the skill and dedication of the ECS bus shop mechanics.
Each year, representatives from the Georgia Department of Public Safety’s Commercial Vehicle Enforcement (CVE) conduct a detailed inspection of every school bus, checking safety equipment, mechanical systems, and overall condition. An exemplary score signifies that each bus met or exceeded all state safety standards.
Director of Transportation Brandon Andrews commended the team, stating, “The transportation department has set a standard for providing students and stakeholders with the safest, most reliable transportation. Safety remains our top priority. Every child and employee begins and ends their day with transportation. Our mission is to ensure 100% safety to and from Emanuel County Schools.”
Emanuel County Schools thanks the bus shop staff and mechanics for their commitment to excellence, which ensures the district’s buses operate safely and efficiently every day.
