ECI JROTC held their 30th annual awards banquet on Thursday, April 27, 2023. The goal of the JROTC program is to develop the skills needed for good citizenship. The JROTC Program builds leadership, self-confidence, and self-discipline. Local Veteran, Richard Claxton Jr. presented these awards to these recipients as follows:
