David Emanuel traveled to Jeffersonville March 7 to take on the Trojans of Twiggs Academy. The Eagles were dominant from the beginning with strong pitching performances from Jay Carter, Sailor Powell and Tucker Free. The trio combined for 12 strikeouts in five innings. Leading the Eagles at the plate was Brody Fleming with a 3-4 day which included two doubles. Clayton Hood contributed the hard way by being hit three times by Trojan pitchers but made them pay by scoring three times. Joshua Tanner, David Vautier, Billy Martin and Tucker Free each added a hit as the Eagles went on to victory 13-2.
