The Emanuel County Historic Society will host its Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 23 at 7 p.m. at Longview Farm and Home Museum on 161 Museum Rd., across from the Jaycee Fairground.
There will be a short business meeting to elect officers and board members, a potluck supper, and the program will be the History of Twin City – Summit and Graymont.
Gates will be open at 5 p.m. if you’d like to come tour the outbuildings dating from 1860. Membership is not a requirement for our meetings. We hope to see you there.
