David Emanuel Academy was well represented by students from 4th grade through 12th grade competing at the Beta Convention in November. At the Elementary Beta level, Blakely Johnson competed in solo performance and won 1st place, earning a spot to compete at National Convention. She was also invited to be a premier performer at National Convention in June. Winning 2nd place and an invitation to compete at National Convention was the group performance made up of Blakely Johnson, Mary Bess Fields, Milly Farmer, Layla Clark, Adah Way, Farrah Williamson and Sarah Beth Beecher. The Beta Barbies were assisted by Brantley and Ellis Register. On the Junior Beta level, Kaley Flowers competed in Quilling and placed 5th. For Senior Beta Convention, Cason Sapp placed 4th in Agriscience for 9th grade and Ryleigh Andrews placed 3rd in Recyclable Art.
