DBC makes operational changes amid pandemic

Effective March 30, Durden Banking Company, Inc. announced the closure of lobbies at all locations due to abundance caution of outbreaks reported of coronavirus (COVID-19). The bank will still offer drive-thru services and will meet with customers by appointments only regarding additional banking services. The bank has established a business continuity plan as well as a pandemic policy that prepares the company to manage operations in situations such as this.

Durden Banking Company, Inc. will enforce said operations until further notice and will continue to monitor the situation closely. In the event of further additional changes in operations being made, the bank will notify the public.

Durden Banking Company will continue hosting briefings regarding COVID-19 and following recommendations posted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (www.cdc.gov).

In the meantime, the bank recommends all civilians wash hands often and avoid close contact with individuals who are sick, clean and disinfect, cover coughs and sneezes, and wear a face mask if individual is sick as well as practice safe distancing and limit travel.
