Tammy Allen, from Emanuel County Family Connection, teamed up with Emanuel County Farm to School and Mandi Johnson's STEAM classes to organize apple baking activities. Apples are Georgia's Farm to School “Harvest of the Month" in September, making this a perfect opportunity for students to learn about one of the healthiest fruits –apples.
