Clayton Hood on President’s List at UGA for Spring Semester

Clayton Hood has earned a place on the President’s List at the University of Georgia for the spring semester, a distinction reserved for students who achieve a perfect academic record. He was also one of only six UGA football players out of 130 to post a 4.0 GPA, showing his exceptional ability to balance athletics and academics.

UGA Dean and Director Nick T. Place praised Clayton’s achievement, noting that his spring grades demonstrate outstanding commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and involvement. Dean Place emphasized that Clayton’s performance places him among the top 11 percent of undergraduates in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and reflects positively on both the college and the university.

Clayton is the son of Clay and Allison Hood.
