Durden Banking Company is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Kirk Cavanah. Mr. Cavanah’s background includes over twenty years of experience focused in the BSA & Compliance arena.
He comes to Durden Banking Company after serving Valant Bank (formerly Morris Bank) for 14 years as their Chief Compliance Officer. In his new role at Durden Banking Company, Mr. Cavanah will serve as Chief Risk Officer.

Kirk and his family live in rural Emanuel County. Kirk is married to Jill Cavanah, and they have two boys, Jackson and Jeb.
