On Monday, September 12, the Patrick Carr Rangers of the Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution held their quarterly meeting at 7 p.m. with President David Hargrove presiding and eight members in attendance. After a short program on the Battle of Shell Bluff by Compatriot Bill Tinley, dual member Dess Smith III presented President Hargrove with the 240th, 2nd Siege of Augusta 1781 Streamer from September 2021.
