The Brier Creek Chapter, Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution, held its monthly meeting, Thursday night at the American Legion, Sylvania at 7 P.M. With President Wayne Howard presiding, ¬¬¬ten members were attending. President Wayne asked dual member Dess Smith for a report on the upcoming 132nd National Congress to be held in Savannah. He also asked dual member Wilder Smith to report on the special Artillery School that was held in Swainsboro this month and attended by fifteen compatriots. President Wayne then introduced Compatriot Steve Burke who presented his program on a "Sharpshooters, Shooter".
