The Metter Dixie Guards SCV Camp #1942 held its monthly meeting April 2, at Beverick’s Restaurant in Metter at 6 P.M. With the Commander presiding, they had 21 in attendance. After the invocation, member Hu Daughtry introduced the program presenter, Compatriot Steve Burke, who is a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and lives in Garfield. Burke’s presentation was "Sharpeshooters". After the presentation, Daughtry thanked Burke for his program.
