Bulldog Baseball Rack up Region Honors

The all-region team for region three was announced recently with several Bulldogs taking home honors. In fact all nine starters were honored as all region with seven on the first team and two on the second team. In addition Bryce Kearson was selected as Region Player of the Year. The senior pitcher and shortstop had a season record on the mound with a 11-2 and a measly 1.54 ERA.

Lawson Mercer was honored as Utility Player of the Year. The versatile senior played third base, second base and pitcher and ended the season with a .400 batting average.

Brooks Colins was selected as region coach of the year and Chad Harper and Caleb Pressey were honored as assistant coaches of the year. Selected as first team all-region were Hudson Henry, PJ Farnum, Charlie Rehberg, Jacob Durden and Gabe Lee. Honored on the second team were Aden McQuaig and Tuff Boddiford. Five of these all-region players will return for the Bulldogs next season.
