The Emanuel County Board of Education met on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at Emanuel County Board of Education Central Office with the following members in attendance: Elizabeth DeVane, John Allen Bailey, Jeanette Harden, Brandon Jones, and Cherie Hooks. Tanya Lane and Del Brown were not present. Board Vice Chair John Allen Bailey welcomed everyone calling the meeting to order. Brandon Jones delivered the invocation followed by Elizabeth DeVane leading the Pledge of Allegiance. Brandon Jones made a motion to approve the agenda. Elizabeth DeVane seconded the motion. Elizabeth DeVane, John Allen Bailey, Jeanette Harden, Brandon Jones, and Cherie Hooks voted “yes”. CARRIED.
